CSF Group Floats onto AIM
CSF Group plc (the "Group") today announced its admission to the London Stock Exchange’s AIM, following the successful placing of new ordinary shares at a price of 55 pence per share.
Its listing is the biggest new listing on AIM by an Asian company in more than a year; the largest new issue on AIM in more than a year by a technology company, and is the first initial public offering on AIM by a Jersey company in 2010.
