SovGEM / Hanson Westhouse Complete Reverse Take-Over and Re-Admission to AIM

SovGEM acquired the entire issued share capital of Hanson Westhouse for just under £3m. The enlarged company will be called Hanson Westhouse Holdings plc and will have a market capitalisation of about £7m.
